Towne Center’s Pet Hotel is here to give your pet a delightful experience when they are away from home! Our boarding and Tender Loving Care Sessions offer your pet a stress free and enjoyable stay while you are away. Your pet’s care and comfort are our number one priority, and we offer a wide variety of accommodations to meet your pet’s needs.
For Our Canine Companions:
Towne Center has spacious runs with enough room for a Great Dane to stretch out or can comfortably fit two or more dogs from the same household. We also have kennels that can hold one medium dog and/or two small dogs. To make your furry friend more comfortable during their stay, you are welcome to bring personal items (toys, treats, etc) and will provide the rest including clean blankets/bedding as well as personal food and water dishes. All dogs go out to play and use the restroom three times daily, Monday through Friday. On the weekends and major holidays, our team members arrive in the morning and afternoon to take all dogs outside and serve breakfast/dinner. Feel free to bring your dog’s regular daily food, but we can also provide a prescription grade gastrointestinal diet while boarding. This special diet has a combination of highly digestible proteins and prebiotics that help support your pet’s digestive health and decrease the possibility of intestinal upset caused by changing foods.
In addition to boarding, Towne Center is excited to offer your pup one of our Tender Loving Care Sessions. In each session, your dog will get a one on one 10 minute play session in our extra large outdoor play area. This session includes fetch, extra snuggles (and treats), and even a photo session where the team will email you a daily picture of their fun time.
For Our Feline Friends:
Towne Center has our luxurious 1 or 2 room condos in their own separate quiet cat section of the facility away from all noise and stress. Litter boxes are inspected twice daily and cleaned thoroughly after each use. Please feel free to bring any personal items (toys, treat, etc) and we will provide the rest including clean bedding/blankets along with personal food and water dishes. Feel free to bring your cat’s regular daily food, but we can also provide a prescription grade gastrointestinal diet while boarding.
