Towne Center Animal Hospital and Pet Hotel is here to give your pet a delightful experience when they are away from home! Our boarding and Tender Loving Care Sessions offer your pet a stress free and enjoyable stay while you are away. Your pet’s care and comfort are our number one priority, and we offer a wide variety of accommodations to meet your pet’s needs.
For Our Canine Companions:
Towne Center Animal Hospital and Pet Hotel has spacious runs with enough room for a Great Dane to stretch out or can comfortably fit two or more dogs from the same household. We also have kennels that can hold one medium dog and/or two small dogs. To make your furry friend more comfortable during their stay, you are welcome to bring personal items (toys, treats, etc) and will provide the rest including clean blankets/bedding as well as personal food and water dishes. All dogs go out to play and use the restroom three times daily, Monday through Friday. On the weekends and major holidays, our team members arrive in the morning and afternoon to take all dogs outside and serve breakfast/dinner. Feel free to bring your dog’s regular daily food, but we can also provide a prescription grade gastrointestinal diet while boarding. This special diet has a combination of highly digestible proteins and prebiotics that help support your pet’s digestive health and decrease the possibility of intestinal upset caused by changing foods.
In addition to boarding, Towne Center Animal Hospital and Pet Hotel is excited to offer your pup one of our Tender Loving Care Sessions. In each session, your dog will get a one on one 10 minute play session in our extra large outdoor play area. This session includes fetch, extra snuggles (and treats), and even a photo session where the team will email you a daily picture of their fun time.
For Our Feline Friends:
Towne Center Animal Hospital and Pet Hotel has our luxurious 1 or 2 room condos in their own separate quiet cat section of the facility away from all noise and stress. Litter boxes are inspected twice daily and cleaned thoroughly after each use. Please feel free to bring any personal items (toys, treat, etc) and we will provide the rest including clean bedding/blankets along with personal food and water dishes. Feel free to bring your cat’s regular daily food, but we can also provide a prescription grade gastrointestinal diet while boarding. Boarding Requirements
Dogs
- DHPP within the previous 12 to 36 months depending upon age of pet.
- Rabies within the previous 12 to 36 months according to the vaccine given.
- Bordetella within the previous 12 months; recommended in the last 6 months.
- Canine Influenza is recommended in the previous 12 months, but not required.
- Fecal – Negative fecal parasite check within the previous 12 months.
- Puppies can board, but owners must accept responsibility of increased risk if vaccine series is not complete.
- Recommend providing records by email 48 hours before check-in at [email protected].
- Fleas/Ticks – If fleas or ticks are noted, a fee will be charged for the treatment of your pet and we will call you to discuss a follow-up treatment plan.
- Dogs over 12 months of age must be neutered or spayed.
Cats
- FVRCP within the previous 12 to 36 months depending upon the age of the pet.
- Rabies within the previous 12 or 36 months according to vaccine given.

Boarding Prices
Dogs
Day Boarding
- Dogs weighing 1-99lbs will be $25.00 for a daytime only board.
- Dogs weighing 100lbs and more will be $35.00 for a daytime only board.
Overnight Boarding
- Dogs weighing 1-99lbs will be $42.50 per overnight stay.
- Dogs weighing 100lbs and more will be $52.50 per overnight stay.
Boarding includes morning and evening feedings as well as being taken out three times a day on weekdays and twice a day on weekends and/or holidays.
In addition to normal bathroom breaks, you can schedule a Tender Loving Care (TLC) Session for your dog. This package includes a 10 minute one on one play session in our larger play yard with toys and an additional treat.

- $20.00 per 10 minute session (maximum 2 sessions per day)
- The team will email you a daily picture of their fun time.
Baths and Nail Trims
Towne Center Animal Hospital and Pet Hotel is pleased to offer a discounted bath for those who stay two or more nights at our pet hotel. Charges are based on weight so be sure to ask a team member for pricing.
Cats
- Cats will be $30.00 Per night for a single room condo and $60.00 per night for a double room condo.
Boarding includes morning and evening feedings as well as litter boxes being checked twice daily and cleaned thoroughly after each use.
