Haley was born and raised in Keene, Texas, where she attended Keene High School before earning her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from University of Texas at Brownsville. After college, she joined the United States Army as a Field Artillery soldier and was stationed at Fort Bragg for four years before transferring to the Texas Army National Guard, where she proudly continues to serve as a sergeant and loves giving back to her community. She later attended VTI in Houston to earn her Veterinary Technician License and began working as a Veterinary Technician in 2016. Haley’s favorite part of the veterinary field is bonding with patients and clients while serving as a voice and advocate for animals. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, reading, being outdoors, and spending time with her partner Jacob and loved ones, along with her two beloved pit bulls, Luna and Sienna.
